Research on infrastructure development, river regulation, demolition and construction of the housing stock, and demolition and planting of greenery runs through them. In terms of ideological-political and socio-economic relations, the change of the concept of private and social property is studied with the re-enthronement of the private as inviolable as well as the detection of differences between socialist and capitalist thinking of city development.<\/p>\n<p>The aim of the research is to create a database and a system of superimposed cartographic analyzes that monitor and analyze comparative continuities and interruptions in the development of semantic layers that make up this sensitive social and ecological space through a series of thematic perspectives.<\/p>\n<p>The goals of the project are to develop a new way of presenting material and to develop a documentation methodology on the one hand, and to connect with civic initiatives and associations dealing with New Zagreb while encouraging citizens to participate and developing a strategy for using empty spaces to raise the quality of life in settlements.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>THE NEW ZAGREB GAPS (2015)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In the first phase of the project, the focus of the research was on the changing landscape of the New Zagreb gaps.
