The \u201cCHARTREUSE ZINE\u201d program is a series of dissemination and publishing activities that continue the practice of producing quick, short-form publications (fanzines) which document and disseminate information about current urban cultural and social phenomena outside mainstream discussions. The program will take shape as a limited series of fanzines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The program name is inspired by the combination of so-called \u201cGreen\u201d i \u201cyellow\u201d papers\ufeff, as documents with consultative opinions representing research in the mentioned field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/div>\n\n\n\n

For context: \u201cGreen papers\u201d are consultation documents used by governments to gather feedback on policy proposals, while \u201cYellow papers\u201d provide more detailed technical explanations, often aimed at experts, clarifying the concepts and implementation behind specific designs or technologies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
