CHARTREUSE ZINE
The “CHARTREUSE ZINE” program is a series of dissemination and publishing activities that continue the practice of producing quick, short-form publications (fanzines) which document and disseminate information about current urban cultural and social phenomena outside mainstream discussions. The program will take shape as a limited series of fanzines.
The program name is inspired by the combination of so-called “Green” i “yellow” papers, as documents with consultative opinions representing research in the mentioned field.
For context: “Green papers” are consultation documents used by governments to gather feedback on policy proposals, while “Yellow papers” provide more detailed technical explanations, often aimed at experts, clarifying the concepts and implementation behind specific designs or technologies.
